About the role:
We are looking for an IT Services focused B2B marketing manager to develop and scale our marketing efforts across client personas. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of marketers, craft (or oversee) messaging, review end deliverables, and work to publish or distribute content to the public via website, advertising, and social media. You will be required to conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels, and owning business results from our organic and paid initiatives. Our ideal candidate is a passionate B2B marketer with prior experience in B2B content marketing and people management.
Responsibilities

  • Understand our client personas, their goals and challenges to create a content/digital marketing strategy to drive global demand for our services
  • Translate the marketing strategy into funnel-focused content marketing programs to acquire and engage prospects
  • Own the content calendar to scale our messaging and support lead-gen programs across regions
  • Lead the team to design and publish SEO articles, thought leadership content, blogs, guest-authored articles, guide customers through their journeys on the website, and distribute content via organic search, social media, newsletters, etc.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and client facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
  • Lead the execution of digital marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Drive Social media strategy with deep knowledge of social media usage and behaviors, platforms, content, measurement, and paid and organic best practices
  • Provide leadership and strategy for all things web-related. Work cross-functionally across design and digital to optimize the website experience for existing customers and prospects.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in marketing, 5+ years at a B2B software company
  • MBA degree and Digital Marketing certifications preferred
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Ability to manage, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals
  • Prior experience in creating marketing content like SEO articles, thought leadership content, blogs, social media communications etc.
  • Ability to strategize and create content and messaging relevant to the target audience
  • Social media strategist with deep knowledge of social media usage and behaviors, platforms, content, measurement, and paid and organic best practices
  • Strong grasp of funnel-focused marketing activities to create demand
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An eye for quality and attention to detail
