1) Identify, contact and engage prospective clients.

2) Collect customer data via websites, email, phone and add it to the portal.

3) Remain up- to- date on the real estate happenings and advise clients on the same.

4) Gaining a clear understanding of customers requirements.

5) Provide assistance to new clients via chat, email or phone.

6) Come up with ideas for new features and enhancements for the portal based on self and client input.

7) Discover and explore new revenue generation opportunities.
