Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Determine selection criteria & Source potential candidates through various channels.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments & F2F.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Supervise recruiting personnel.
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
Contribute to the strategic agenda of talent management and translate organizational talent strategy into planning.
Understanding the technicalities of learning, development, and talent management processes.
Ability to conceptualize processes and frameworks for enabling talent-related processes.
