Roles and Responsibilities
- Will execute recruitment strategies which gives strength to organizations to attract better talent for clients.
- Will work with client spocs to provide best recruitment services.
- Support the clients current and future staffing needs
- Will effectively manage the interview processes, selection, offer, negotiation, etc. involved in full lifecycle of recruitment.
- Preparing MIS Report for daily & monthly basis.
