JOB DETAIL

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practice
  • Assist with monthly funds requisition
  • Assist to forecast, create and review monthly financial reports and annual budgets
  • Vendor invoices verification based on contract or agreement
  • Help the organization s processes remain legally compliant by maintaining statutory payment obligations
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
  • Train and supervise staff

Requirements

  1. Proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator, Operations Manager, or Consultant
  2. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  3. Experience budgeting and forecasting
  4. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  5. Leadership and team management skills
  6. Outstanding organizational skills and extremely results and detail-oriented
  7. Somewhat familiar with labor legislation
  8. At least 5 years prior experience and ability to manage the finance of a tech company
  9. At least 2 years prior experience in managing team operations in India
  10. Prior experience working at a growing startup is a plus
  11. Relationships and experience with vendors in the Noida area would be a plus
  12. Familiarity with social media
  13. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
  14. Proficiency in Google suite, Microsoft Office, HRIS software is a must
  15. Familiarity with digital collaboration tools
