JOB DETAIL

KRAs

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap from business cases to get it designed and developed.
  • Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle including gathering and prioritizing the product, customer requirements, and defining the product vision.
  • Working along with the engineering team to provide accurate feature delivery timelines.
  • Assist /support the Product Architect in designing the foundation/platform and framework for current and future products and their functionality. (an example which feature is prevailing in the market or required by the clients and how to enhance the product)
  • Creating Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams such as Use case diagrams, Activity diagrams, Sequence diagrams, Data flow diagrams, Business flow diagrams.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of technology and thus able to define the timelines for product delivery.
  • Working along with marketing teams to create public documents of the product.
  • Documenting every aspect of the software product lifecycle.
  • End to end responsible for prioritizing user stories and handling Jira, planning sprints, and attending daily scrum standups Acting as the face of the product for the outside world.
  • Leverage thorough understanding of business and system processes to make recommendations and propose solutions to meet business requirements
  • Providing inputs to management on how to grow revenue through additional product lines.
  • Supporting the business team in setting correct pricing by doing industry analysis.
  • Lead the Product design and product flow
  • Resolving functionality related queries of the development team.
  • Ensure that all components of the product plan/design are aligned with the technical architecture.
  • Identify existing product weaknesses and find opportunities for process redesigning.
  • Demonstrate the product to Internal as well as External audience - Client, Product Architect, Business team.
  • Performing Gap analysis by identifying gaps in existing applications and documenting the enhancements.
  • Accountable for the performance and management of the Quality of the specific product.
  • Identify high-potential team members for next-level positions and creating learning and development plans for them.
  • Enable strong processes in place and reducing dependencies on individuals.

  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience in Software development at the initial stage of a career is an add-on.

  • Ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues, and solutions and Assist team members in the complex task
  • Good Knowledge of Contact center environment is preferred
  • Well versed with sprints / agile development.
  • Preferably from a SAAS background.
  • 7 to 10 yrs experience
  • Qualification: BE/B-Tech /MCA or any equivalent degree
