JOB DETAIL
Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyzing the new projects received, understanding the client's requirements.
Manages project schedules and scope
Monitors authors, subject matter experts, and vendors in terms of meeting program requirements (scope), schedules, budgets, and quality
Provides weekly or bi-weekly status updates for the clients.
Interacting with the Clients on a continuous basis regarding the specifications of the projects, handling their queries, keeping them updated about the status of the current projects through live chats, emails, and phones. (Customer Relations)
Manage the work and quality of offshore/onshore editorial and production vendors
Manage and maintain content development schedules, budgets, deadlines, project team meetings, and schedules
Communicate content product status and delivery dates to stakeholders and promptly address any related questions.
Supervise the generation of needed content development documentation for sales, product, and marketing
Note:
We only hire candidates from the publishing and ed-tech industry
Previous experience in SMEs management is required
Someone who has managed the academic content creation projects
Skills Required:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Acrobat Pro, Google applications, Smart sheet
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Experience managing content creators and confirming content quality.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Broad discipline experience and familiarity with the publishing
Workflow, Experience, Content Design and Development, Editorial Engagement, and fulfillment, Marketing, and Customer Support.
