Skills Required: The core responsibilities for this position under operations are as follows:

• Experience in full life cycle software development including design, development, production, testing, roll out, maintenance and support

• Strong object oriented design and development experience with Java and C++

• Hands on experience in Android including custom UI and compatibility of screen

• Experience with multi-threading and memory management on mobile devices

• Experience with cross-platform mobile development is a plus (Android, BlackBerry, iPhone, Symbian)

• Well versed with RDBMS with hands on experience in MySQL

• Understands technical and functional design requirements

• Experience with XML and data manipulation/ extraction using parsers

• Strong debugging and trouble-shooting skills and prior experience with performance measurement tools

• Assists in enforcement of development deadlines and schedules with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work load, and meet these milestones

• Contribute creativity and critical thinking to optimally implement new features

• Ability to work independently in a fast paced startup environment with dynamically changing requirements

• Outstanding communication and documentation skills, detail oriented and go-getting attitude
