• We are looking for a QC Lead to assess software quality through manualtesting.
• Candidate must have good knowledge of writing Test Case and TestScenario.
• Must have good knowledge about defect life cycle, SDLC, STLC.
• Must be familiar with bug reporting tool like Jira, Bugzilla, Mantis, etc.
• Should understand priority and severity of defects.
• Conduct post-release / post-implementation Test Escape Analysis andidentify the gaps.
• Understanding of testing strategies like smoke, sanity, regression.
• Basic understanding of repositories like git-hub, Subversion.
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
• Identify defects, analyze Requirement documentation provided by DevEngineers/Client and able to write/update the test cases.

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of relevant experience
• Experience on QA automation tools will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of basic SQL Queries to retrieve data and validate the results.
• Familiarity with Agile framework.
• Working knowledge of Test Management software (e.g. Jira, HP QualityCenter, Zephyr or Test Rail or XRay).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system Requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and QA Engineers to develop effectivetest plans.
• He/she will be responsible for finding and reporting defects during releasecycles.
• Understanding security flaw and writing highly secure applications.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout thesoftware development lifecycle.
