Job Title - Recruitment Consultant
Shift Timings 12:30 PM - 10:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday)
Job Locations Ahmedabad and Noida (Work from Office)
Reports to Team Lead/ Assistant Operations Manager
Roles and Responsibilities: -
- Source candidates from various sources like Job Portals, Database, References etc.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
- Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Build relationships with Clients
- Willing to work on tight deadlines.
Job Qualifications: -
- Minimum 6 months of experience working in international BPO/KPO or recruitment industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong desire to self-learn
- Comfortable with high-speed working under pressure
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcomed
