We are currently looking for an experienced RPA professional having experience of implementing Robotic Process Automation in the Banking & Financial Services domain.
Job Description
We are looking for the right candidate to join our team, an individual with relevant experience in the RPA space and passionate about automation solutions. The key responsibilities are:
- Analyze the process, prepare a Process Understanding Document / Business Requirement Document (BRD), As-Is & To-Be process maps
- Identifying the automation opportunities, along with the Business Consultant
- Recommend solutions based on feasibility analysis and requirement gathering
- Design robotics solution for the processes
- Create complete picture of technical requirement and solution architecture map
- Create developer document activity diagrams and map processes and data flow
- Stake holder management
Required Skillsets
Exposure to RPA tools etc. Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath and others
- Hand on experience of creating solutions using these tools
- Experience in working on any of the process flow tools like Visio, IBM blue works, lucid charts
- Strategic thinker with the ability to conceptualize and build the RPA capability for the organization
- Skilled in creating impactful client ready’ presentations
- Experienced in a client facing consulting environment
- Ability to understand and scale ability to deploy RPA in disparate business units based on need (potentially domain agnostic)
Other Skills/Requirements:
- Graduate (preferred- BTech, Computer Sc graduate)
- Experience in RPA implementation for a minimum of 3 years or more and an overall work experience of 7 or more years
- Experience in fintech / BFS Industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
