System Administration Database Management
User/profile/role management

Duplicate management and database cleaning

User Support Training
Troubleshoot day-to-day technical queries from users and help them create ad-hoc reports and dashboards
Develop and maintain training materials and provide training to end-users
Manage onboarding of new users Improvement
Act as the go-to expert on all things Salesforce, developing strategy and setting priorities for development roadmap along with platform head
Continually gather requirements from users and implement improvements to ensure requirements are met
Stay up-to-date with the latest releases from Salesforce in order to identify and implement the most relevant new functionalities
Identify and implement opportunities for increased productivity through workflows and 3rd party integrations
Collaborate with Sales Management to help define and improve sales team processes that operate within Salesforce
Maintain and improve reporting infrastructure
Skills Requirements
Required
2+ years hands-on experience as a Salesforce administrator
Hands on experience on HTML 5, Angular, Web API will be added advantage
Professional-level English
Experience working with and implementing 3rd party integrations
Breadth of knowledge of Salesforce functionalities (rather than deep expertise in one area)
Willingness to take ownership of Salesforce and proactively collaborate with users and management
