As an SAP Functional Analyst, you will lead Barco into the future by translating system requirements into the design and configuration of customized Finance (FI) Controlling (CO) systems in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities
- Ability to architect solutions in the SAP Finance Costing functions by seamlessly integrating with other modules like SAP PP SD etc.
- Ability to determine standard costs and investigate variances with actual costs
- You should be able to set up a new enterprise setup.
- Work with business management to gather business requirements, prepare as-is to-be, configuration changes, and unit testing.
- Configure global settings for electronic bank statements.
- You will collaborate with multiple teams like Business partners to define and understand the requirements and then explain the system solution
- You investigate problems in the search for the root cause and the solution(s) within your areas of responsibility.
- You can effectively communicate skills and knowledge to close communication gaps through proper channels.
- You can easily integrate into a (virtual) team and work autonomously.
About the Successful Candidate
Preferred Skills and Experience
- B. Com / M. Com / CA / ICWA
- Desired Exp. Range 5 years to 10 years, SAP FICO certification preferred.
- Thorough understanding of SAP FI and CO. Very good experience in Controlling submodules like CO-Product Costing and CO-Profitability Analysis and CO-Profit centre Accounting is a must.
- SAP Functional configuration expertise in General Ledger (FI- GL), Controlling (CO), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Project Systems (PS) Profitability Analysis (PA), New GL
- Exposure to integration with other modules such as MM, SD, PS is preferred
- SAP certification an advantage.
- Experience of SAP S/4 HANA experience is an advantage.
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn new techniques and methods, follow lead and achieve results.
- High internal drive/self-initiative; Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
