Candidate must be willing to travel onsite out of India as it is a long term Onsite opportunity on an International location
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP IS-Retail
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs
- Design, customize, configure and test the SAP IS-Retail module
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
- Work self-directed and independently
Required Candidate profile
- At least 8 years of work experience in relevant retail consulting services engagements or business environments, implementing or using Retail business processes and applications
- Experience with SAP Retail in MM/SD module
- Ability to support all stages of a SAP Retail implementation project
- Profound understanding of Retail business processes
- Must have experience of POS integration with SAP ERP
- Understanding of integration points with the SD, MM, and FI/CO modules
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
