Essential

  • 6 years or more experience as Business Analyst or System Analyst with progression towards BA.
  • Good knowledge of Payment Industry . Good to have the knowledge of ISO8583 Transactions Processing and ACH (Automated Clearing House).
  • Excellent written and Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Ability to comprehend the business requirements from internal/external clients.
  • Experience in creating functional design documents, business specifications and Use Cases.
  • Good understanding of business/process flows.
  • Good knowledge of SQL.
  • Commitment to excellence, work to provide best customer experience, Excellent Presentation and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile. Understanding of Oracle and linux is preferred
  • Adaptability, portray a positive attitude, Flexible, multitask orientated.
  • Experience as a Product owner will be preferred.

  • Should be able to write Stories and acceptance criteria for the Agile team backlog.

  • Should be able to Prioritize the backlog and provide direction for product feature and functionality.

  • Should be able to refine the requirement up to level required for the development teams to understand.

  • Should be able to decide whether to release an increment of Product or feature.

  • Accept guidance, listen well and utilize information.
  • Good Database Skills including knowledge of SQL.
  • Ability to think outside the box, ability to identify the risks from the business design.

  • Previous Knowledge of Prepaid and Loyalty domain is desirable.

Key position details

  • It is a senior position, work closely and coordinates with testers, developers, team lead, stake holders, Product owners and DBA. Keeping a healthy team environment while consistently exceeding the expectations (productivity, quality, timeliness & capacity utilization) of the stakeholders.
  • Manage and ensure internal customer expectation (US) are met from work delivery standpoint.
  • Follow TSYS policies and procedure, product and development methodologies. Technologies used for product delivery.
  • Normal business Timings will be 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM and will change as per DST changes.
  • Will be responsible for maximizing the value of the product created by the scrum team.
  • Should be able to define the goal and create a vision for the development projects
  • Will be responsible to create the technical and feature product roadmap.
  • Will be accountable for the development process and the final product.
  • Willing to Travel on Short and Long term.
