• Strong coding experience using Java and Spring Boot
• Understand design and convert it into source code
• Participate in design discussions and contribute towards identifying best possible design based on tradeoffs involved
• Understand the functional details of the product
• Implement technical standards, guidelines and formats
• Help in estimation and planning using agile methodologies
• Conduct technical POCs on a need basis

• Good skills in software design on platform
• Good hands- on development skills in web based applications and services on Java platform
• Spring Boot and Spring Framework
• Hibernate, JPA, SQL
• Good communication skills
• Ability to meet challenging timelines while maintaining required quality
• Skills in using code analysis, code coverage tools and mocking frameworks
• Skills in using agile development methodologies and practices

Desirable Skills:

• Exposure to one of leading Cloud platforms
• Exposure to addressing Performance and Security related issues
• Any integration framework or tool such as Apache Camel, Mulesoft, Boomi etc.

Experience:

• Overall experience as a Java development professional of 3.5 to 5 years
• Experience in development of web based applications and services for On-prem and Cloud based deployments
