Job Description
Must Have
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
- Knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow platform and related applications
- Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Glide classes
- Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, GlideAjax
- Knowledge of SLA configuration, Email Notifications, Events, Business Rules, Client scripts, UI Policies etc.
- Knowledge and experience in implementing the core ITSM process areas: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB
- Knowledge of creation & execution of transform maps, import sets and data load
- Knowledge of scoped applications
- Knowledge of client/web portal development using HTML, CSS, Angular JS, React
- Knowledge and experience in system cloning & upgrades
- Knowledge of assignment rules & logic
- Knowledge of standard workflow configurator and embedded activities
- Knowledge of automated test framework (ATF)
- Integration knowledge using SOAP/REST
- Experience in using SoapUI tool
Good to Have
- Knowledge of IT Operations Management (ITOM) having hand-on experience in discovery and service mapping
- Knowledge of HR Service delivery (HRSD)
- Knowledge of IT Business Management suite (ITBM) including PPM, APM, ITFM
- Knowledge of creating automated flows using Flow Designer
- Hands-on experience using Integration Hub utility
- Experience in both unidirectional and bidirectional system integrations
