Roles and Responsibilities
- Will be the single point of contact as a solution architect for the network services portfolio
- Should have deep understanding of customer needs and will design appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrable experience in writing and leading successful proposal response efforts and client presentation
- Be independently able to lead RFP cycle
- Driving and supporting the services revenues and managing the pre-sales activities in a region(s).
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good understanding of OSI layer, TCP/IP stack, TCP, UDP operation
- Good knowledge of multi-vendor network products - Switches, Routers, Firewalls & Load balancers
- Understanding and Working knowledge on Switching technologies Spanning Tree protocol, Port-channelling and enterprise LAN network 802.1X, VLAN, AD/LDAP, DNS, DHCP
