B. Tech. / B. E. , M. Tech/ M. E. in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent).
4-5 years of first-hand experience in software testing. Desired Skills and Experience
We are looking for developers in testing department for white box testing position. Must have coding skills in Java.
Must perform code analysis; develop testing tools and creating unit testing.
Strong knowledge in SDLC and Test life Cycle
Must write programs for in-house testing tools for automation, creativity to enhance the automation tools.
Must have work experience using any test automation tools. Experience in Selenium is desirable.
Write test cases, perform test execution and derive test results, and ensuring for high quality delivery.
Performing Root Cause Analysis and Impact Analysis.
Conducting and participating in review meetings within the team.
Trouble shooting test environments.
Ability to write/ verify JUnit test cases.
Knowledge of JMeter will be preferred. Programming skills needed for coding performance test scripts. Working knowledge of Java is a must.
Should have expertise in test scripting, parameterization, correlation and result analysis.
Should be able to analyse and understand performance testing requirements.
Should be able to analyse and interpret performance test results.
Plan, schedule and perform performance Testing assignments and deliver to time and budget, meeting quality criteria and contract as appropriate.
Broad knowledge of performing testing approaches and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret application log files and database reports.
Experience identifying performance bottlenecks and recommending solutions.
Experience in web/ application/ database server monitoring.
Experience creating performance test summary reports .
