About the Role

 

We are looking for a Salesforce Functional /Business Analyst to join our team of highly skilled Salesforce developers and Analysts based of Noida, India. As a Salesforce Analyst, you will nurture Barco s vision of Digital Transformation by designing and implementing solutions that enable a seamless Customer Sales , Marketing, Service and Commerce experience.

 

  • You will be responsible for creating the detailed application functional design and customizing setup
  • You handover your design or/and coordinate cross stream with other team members (business process owners, business process experts, development team and other functional analysts within your stream)
  • You perform unit/integration testing
  • You provide training (train the trainer principle) in collaboration with the business counterpart and ensure a qualitative handover to both the organization and to the key users.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • You are responsible for creating the functional analysis and design for projects and changes in collaboration with the Solution Architects, R&D team and Business Process Experts.
  • You will be responsible for supporting Salesforce to meet fully all business requirements across Sales & Service modules and provide an excellent service to the User community. This includes the running of Interfaces, Reconciliations, providing Help desk support and reports.
  • You provide 2nd line support in your areas of responsibility, also by coaching the first line support team to a higher level.
  • Produce interface statistics and support metrics reports to be shared with the business.
  • Take ownership of Salesforce related incidents, log it in Solution Manager and manage the incident to closure; involving other teams and/or Level 3 support as required.
  • Actively manage the open incidents in the Salesforce Support queue and ensure detailed updates, follow-up and resolution and closure.
  • You create the system and integration test cases, the test plan and ensure the execution of the system and integration tests.
  • You support the business in creating and executing the user acceptance testing.
  • You follow up and support the go live and aftercare of the system changes
  • You investigate problems in search for the root cause and long-term solution(s) within your areas of responsibility.
  • You collaborate with the other teams for Salesforce interface business issues / requirement.

 

 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

 

  • Holds a Bachelor or Master s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and working experience.
  • Has minimum 3 years experience with Salesforce implementation projects, functional analysis and solution design.
  • Has hands on experience of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Einstein, Community Cloud, Field Service and B2B Commerce are an asset.
  • Salesforce Admin certification is a must. Any higher SF certifications are nice to have.
  • Ability to elicit/gather, analyze and capture Requirements.
  • Initiate, manage and follow-up on Requirement Gathering discussion/meetings with the Product Owners and/or BPEs
  • Generate Business Artifacts e.g. as-is Analysis, Business Flows, Requirement mapping with feature sets.
  • Analyze Business, Functional and Design Requirements and prepare detailed & accurate Business Documents - Feature Summary, Functional Specifications and User Interface Spec s Documents.
  • Ability to consult with UX designers to Design/Generate usable and effective Wireframes.
  • Is able to work independently and set priorities - demonstrating excellent organizing, planning and problem solving skills;
  • Has excellent analytical skills and is able to present an analysis in a clear and concise way to key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in agile mode, participate in all agile ceremonies and represent the Business function.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation.
