Recruitment Specialist

Location : Sector 58, Noida

Working Days & Time : Monday-Saturday (9:00 6:00 p.m.)

Responsible for : Sourcing profiles through different recruitment channels till documentation.

Key Relationships : Employees across all levels and Top Management

Salary INR 30-50,000 per month, depending upon the experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying prospective candidates using a variety of recruitment channels and other sources.
• Conducting telephonic interview as per the job specifications.
• Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
• Coordinating with different departments to fill the vacant positions.
• Ensure proper documentations of the selected candidates after joining Maintaining every individual file starting from joining till exit of an employee

Competencies Required

• Good communication with inter-personal skills.
• Networking and building long-term relationships with the candidates
• Excellent negotiation and influencing qualities.
• Good team Player Experience & Education background
• 4+ years of experience in the entire gamut of recruitment cycle.
