JOB DETAIL

Talent Development

  • The role involves providing 24*5 administrative support to all internal stakeholders with ongoing talent development interventions.
  • Robust follow-up to be done with Line of Business Leaders / Managers / Key Stakeholders.
  • Gather information to strengthen any Talent Development Initiative / Intervention of the department.
  • Perform detailed data-based analysis and document the same for presenting to the Leadership Team.
  • Generate weekly / fortnightly / monthly reports for publishing among internal stakeholders.
  • Populating / Managing / Extracting data from Learning Management System.

 

Learning and Development

  • Evaluate Training Needs for employees by interacting with their Line of Business Leaders / Managers / Team Leaders.
  • Ability to develop training presentations.
  • Conduct surveys / collect feedback to evaluate how programs are received by target audience and if changes are needed.
  • Perform detailed data-based analysis and document the same for presenting to the Leadership Team.

  • Excellent interpersonal and representational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Fast learner, Independent, resourceful, problem-solver, result oriented
  • Operating well under-pressure, multi-tasking
  • MBA/Equivalent masters with specialization in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in a Talent development / Learning / HR Centre of Excellence role
  • Ability to communicate (negative) feedback
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of talent Development and learning process, tools & systems (good to have)
  • Exposure into Partnering / Co-ordinating with internal & external stakeholders
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your own & overall team performance and its impact on companys success
