KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- This individual will have complete accountability for Project or Program execution
- Managing the scope as per statement of work
- Managing the client relationship
- All approvals related to the project
- Facilitating the requirements and design sessions
- Process and Requirements definition and sign off
- Functional Design documentation and signed off
- Project Planning and Management
- Develop project plan in MS Project
- Periodic status reporting of the project status
- Responsible for User Acceptance and Sign off
- Managing billing activities, including Approval of Timesheets and expenses
- Continuous development of internal operating efficiencies, tools, repeatable methodologies
- Develop domain expertise, understanding of industry best practices
- Adherence to internal processes and customer specific project methodologies
- Compliance with Knowledge Management processes
- Follow onsite offsite methodologies and contribute to continuous enhancement of processes
- Manage team members reporting on the project
- Deliver internal training for the consultants of the company
- Prepare and review Statement of Works
- Mentor Team leaders, Team members and consultants
- Build relationship with various customer interface points
- Achieve the customer satisfaction and get the customer feedback on the project
- Always maintain the morale of the team
- Multiskilled across applications, technologies, functions, modules
- Substantial full cycle project implementation experience
- Familiar with SAP and Oracle integration project methodology
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate the billing plan for every month for the project and monitor it against the target and plan
- Help SBU Head in retention of existing customer base and creation of new customers
- Monitor and Manage risks
- Knowledge of Quality processes
- Capability to manage multiple projects, mixed technology, practice projects, multisite projects
- Capable to provide an end-to-end solution in one or the Functional or Technical modules
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE
-
- 14 plus years of Project Management experience, at least 7 to 8 years Software development
- At least 3 end to end implementations including Rollouts
- Good to have certification in PMP or CPIM or CSCP or in technical focus area certification would be an added advantage
- Advanced degree preferred
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

- Design and development of Software Application and integration projects
- Oracle Integration/Oracle Fusion Middleware
- Java, Rest, API
- Techno Commercial knowledge
- In-depth understanding of SDLC project and or SAP Oracle Project
- Understanding of relevant business processes in Supply Chain, Analytics or Finance
- Understanding of relevant Modules and its integration with another module
- Knowledge of current technology
- Experience in Supply Chain, logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning and Distribution
- Emerging domain knowledge competencies
