Roles and Responsibilities
The training Co-ordinator will perform following key functions:
- Assist, update and monitor the Annual Training Calendar
- Organizing training events as per the Training Calendar
- Liaison and client servicing
- Liasoning and co-ordination with prospective trainer for preparation of courses
- Liasoning with different departments to get the training needs
- Business development for syndicated and customized training programmes
- Identification of new business in active interface with client organizations
- Internet Marketing of syndicated and customized training programmes to the target segments

- Ability to lead, plan and manage a complex set of activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent ability to identify opportunities for business development
- High level of networking skills
- High level of involvement, engagement and ownership
- Strong time management skill and ability to prioritise
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation ability.
Essential Qualification
- Postgraduate or graduate degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Human Resource
- Experience of working in the social and development research / design and delivery of trainings (preferable)
