Knowledge of Windows Servers, configuration and management, Wintel environment (Workgroup and Group Policy and Domain administration, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Windows server features and roles).
Hands on experience in Amazon Web services and Microsoft Azure fundamentals (virtual machines, vmss, virtual networks, snapshots, backup, images , storage etc).
Monitoring windows system infra statistics (cpu/memory/disk iops etc), performance and troubleshoot related issues.
Knowledge of active directory domain services/ Group policy/DNS/DHCP/FTP/SFTP.
Administration of Users & Groups, managing permissions & vulnerability, File system management and disk management.
Installation, configuration, and management of IIS and installing SSL certificates.
Knowledge of Web Servers i.e IIS, Apache, etc.
Knowledge of SQL Server Administration and mysql administration.
Experience in Windows Patching, Vulnerability Management, and server hardening.
Handle Level L2 Escalations, troubleshoot and check for RCA for any incident, diagnosing problems and providing referring logs and adhere to escalation matrix.
Knowledge of Linux/UNIX operating system and its basic commands will be an advantage.
Ticket & SLA management: Ensuring all Client requests & NOC tickets are resolved within SLA and update in tool.
Coordinating with multiple teams across organization and Clients and ensuring uninterrupted flow of work.
