The Business Analyst translates user needs and market insights into real world solutions.

We are hiring a Business analyst to join our project team and report directly to the project manager or the head of department. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

Education: MBA or equivalent degree at a tier 1, 2 B-school. (we ll overlook this if you ve worked in a role at a startup that rapidly scaled).
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Business analysis or a related field.

The ability to put forward problem statements and solutions and opportunities to internal stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Advanced technical skills. Excellent documentation skills. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills and must have led and supported successful projects.
