JOB DETAIL

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the hiring initiatives on the various platforms, providing administrative support, assisting with the hiring process
  • Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss HR facilities
    Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies
  • Coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers
  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  • Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
  • Conducting smooth employee onboarding and induction
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • Inputting into the monthly payroll
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
  • Managing the office work environment and workspace
  • Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Getting the job done through people and conducting audits of tasks, client and employee performances
  • Responding to other ad-hoc queries from other personnel in the company
  • Work on strategies to make processes smooth and for performance appraisal
  • Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days, paid leaves etc)
  • Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
  • Participate in organizing company events and careers days

 

Required Skills:

  • Experience with MS Office Applications, Internet Applications

  • Good command in English

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • High-energy and passion

  • Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus

  • Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting

  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation will be fine

  • HRMS Knowledge will be at an advantage
