Swarna Jayanti Haryana Institute for Fiscal Management (SJHIFM)
The Swarna Jayanti Haryana Institute for Fiscal Management (SJHIFM) is a centre of excellence for research in public policy and economy established in November 2016. Drawing its mandated from 5th State Finance Commission Report and Sustainable Developmental Goals 2030 VISION of Haryana, the SJHIFM works as “Policy Think Tank” for the state. The Institute aims to strengthen the State’s capacity on issues concerning Public Financial Management. It also plays a key role to provide state of the art advice to the Government of Haryana.
Job Description:-
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Entry level developer with full stack experience (Angular, PHP, ASP, SQL and noSQL databases)
- Expected to work in tandem with all senior developers to support and bolster their activities
- Capable of rapidly adapting to works of varied nature, with a clear aptitude and propensity towards quickly absorbing and implementing new skillsets and information.
- Design and execute clean client-side and server-side code.
- Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design.
- Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance on client and server side.
- Experience with NodeJS programming.
- Knowledge of RESTful web services, HTML5, CSS3.
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL) and UI/UX design.
- Knowledge of the full stack tools used to deploy and manage web applications; CI/CD with Git.
- Integrate REST APIs with web applications.
- Assist in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
- Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
- Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
- Develop, optimize and troubleshoot both front-end and back-end code.
- Candidate should be highly motivated and a self-starter at work.
Experience :- 1-3 Years
Qualification:- BE/ME/MCA
