A minimum of 12 years of experience in project management (GIS & Land Survey) is required.
Excellent Knowledge of Land Surveying (ETS, DGPS)
The candidate must have prior experience with the planning process, which includes identifying and defining objectives, collecting and analyzing data, forecasting, prioritization, design & feedback, and implementation.
Must be familiar with MIS report generation, project management, and tracking.
Responsible for ensuring that all project objectives are met on time, within budget, and in accordance with the client's mandate.
Capable of managing over 100 resources, as well as budget forecasting, cost analysis, RFPs, and process identification.
AutoCAD, Arc GIS, MS-Office, and Land Survey knowledge are required.
Preparation of cadastral maps and database creation Data delivery to the satisfaction of the client, Good knowledge of GIS, writing, and technical documents.
Must be able to attend project meetings and maintain project documents (Pre Survey / Post Survey).
Must be familiar with the preparation, submission, monitoring, and updating of project invoices.
Should be able to manage project staff in accordance with the organization's established policies and practices.
Ensure that personnel files are kept up-to-date and confidential.
Candidate must be capable of client interaction, as well as good management and presentation skills.
Conducting meetings about the work, achievements, responsibilities & work process with employees and also with external departmental staff.
