We are looking to hire a customer-oriented senior sales representatives to increase sales and lead our team of sales representatives. The senior sales representatives responsibilities include setting up a sales strategies, keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, and providing excellent after-sales service to retain customer.
Senior sales representatives should be able to communicate effectively with customer and sales employees as well as demonstrate exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
1. Assisting less experienced Sales Representatives in answering technical questions posed by customers during outbound telephone calls.
2. Providing support to less experienced Sales Representatives as needed.
3. Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans.
4. Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
5. Promptly submitting customers\ purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
6. Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
7. Expanding industry knowledge by attending educational workshops and reading professional publications.
-Bachelor s degree in management, marketing, communication, or related field is preferred
-Excellent customer service and sales skills.
-Strong verbal and written communicators.
-Proven sales experience
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
-Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
