Currently we are hiring for following position at Site.

Designation: Sr. Quantity Surveyor/ Billing & Planning

Qualification: Dip. BE/B Tech Civil

Preferred Industry: Residential / Commercial Building experience preferred.

Must be experienced in High Rise Building , should have handled projects independently.

Location- Patna, Bihar.

Job Profile:

1.Estimate the Cost and Quantity of all items necessary for the Project

Order the required Quantity of material as per the approved specifications to verify and certify the Bill of Quantity of client & sub-contractors.

2.Assist the Project Head (Site) in reconciliation of bills related to Material quantity/costs.

To guide contractors for utilization of materials to reduce the wastage.

3.Preparing work done, taking measurements, bills etc. of sub-contractor bill in ERP

Preparing Rate Analysis & Cost analysis.

4.Preparing & Contractors bill after on-site measurement

5.Preparing work break down schedule / ACE cost vis s vis actual cost being incurred and raise alarm in case of variations , Etc.
