Roles and Responsibilities

  • To report on time at the counter.
  • To be in proper uniform provided by the organization.
  • To admit the patients after duly filling the proper forms according to the mentioned categories.
  • Taking care of room shifting.
  • Informing MLC and maintaining MLC register.
  • Giving correct information.
  • Ensure the maintenance of the Counter, including the neatness and tidiness of the surrounding.
  • Handling phone calls.
  • Giving correct information.
  • Give information about IPD and OPD Patients.
  • Giving enquiries
  • Issuing visitors passes
  • Collection of cash for OPD after 8:00 pm
  • Taking intimation of all the wards.
  • Update the computer ward - wise i.e. point one admission.
  • Give occupancy information to the departments.
  • Any other jobs assigned by superiors as per exigencies of work.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any Graduate with fluent English communication and pleasant personality.
  • Should be customer service oriented and have computer knowledge.
  • Hand on experience working on excel
  • Multitasking with good telephone Etiquette.
  • Qualification - Any Graduate (Fresher graduate can also apply)
