We are actively looking out for Java Developer who would be responsible to produce high quality working code to specification and to estimate.

Responsibilities include;

• Development of new and existing product features
• Building desktop, web applications and services components using best practices
• Designing and maintaining the product database
• Assisting with problem solving and fault diagnosis on production systems
• Producing technical documentation when applicable
• Adherence to agreed programming standards and guidelines
• Working within an agile development team
• Adherence to the Companys Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:;

• Commercial experience of programming languages as required for product development 
• Minimum 2 years Java 8 + with Spring, specifically Spring Boot, Spring Data/JPA, and Commons libraries
• Commercial experience of developing applications using SAS (Desirable) 
• Commercial experience of utilizing Gradle Build (Desirable) 
• Experience in of database development and SQL (preferably Postgres)
• Web Development experience (preferably) Angular 9+
• Experience in the creation of REST services
• Experience with containerization and Micro Services
• Knowledge and understanding of SOLID OO-design principles
• Knowledge of unit testing and mocking frameworks
• Knowledge of company procedures
• Awareness of the quality requirements on Projects
• Awareness of GxP standards (Desirable
