WORK EXPERIENCE :
4-8+ years of work experience with at least 5 years within the FA realm, with strong exposure to delivering FA training programs as solutions for effective business output.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for conceptualization, design and delivery of training programs for fresher s like college final year students (Preferred experience in Campus to Corporate)
- Driving Training Efficiency and Effectiveness through the Training Metrics.
- Regular updation of content as per ongoing requirements, ensuring client s expectations are met
- Gain a deep understanding of the business, understand the needs of the business and develop refreshers, interventions and any other and proactively step in to offer solutions over a period of time
- Ensuring training batch throughput or conversion is met without any impact on the quality and feedback
- Ensure adherence in delivery of batch on time, communication and documentation to all statutory, corporate and legal requirements, both internal and external
- To govern the complete training requirements for any batch that undergoes training including infrastructure, trainer availability, content, training delivery and accreditation
- Assisting and recommending innovative changes
- Supporting the LD function in all tasks with special relevance to soft skills and FA
- Content Development: Integrate Business Perspective and Learning and Development inputs and ensure continuity of established best practices while deploying solutions.
- Develop training assets that range from classroom, virtual, self-paced digital as per the requirement
- Content Management, Customised Content Development and relevant on going content modification based on feedback and inputs from stakeholders etc.
Domain Competency:
- Strong exposure / experience in FA towers P2P/O2C/R2R Life cycles and end to end process.
- Working knowledge in any Accounting ERP (for e.g. SAP)
- Good command over MS Office suite
