Responsibilities:

• Implement human machine interfaces (HMI)/graphical user interfaces (GUI) using Java/Kotlin for android.
• Develop Android application with AOSP/AAOS, HAL, GAS middleware for the infotainment system.
• Design, document, integrate, and test APIs / SDKs that provide services for: media, phone, navigation, tuner, mobile device connectivity.
• Ensure code robustness by creating unit tests and monitoring your code commits throughout the CI/CD process.
• Collaborate with the technical team to improve application performance features.
• Research new trends / technologies in Android development.

Skills:

• 4+ years of Experience on Android App development.
• Experience in Kotlin and Java(Mandatory)
• Experience with Android security, Working with data, Intents and Notifications.
• Experience developing Android services and JNI wrappers, as well as applications using JNI calls
• Experience with software product development process and quality experience.
• Experience using the Android Studio profiling tools to identify resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Experience with Tools: GIT Gerrit, JIRA, Android debugging tools.
• Strong debugging skills.
• Good Knowledge on Android programming environment using Binders, Shared memory, IPC mechanisms, etc.
