JOB PURPOSE
 
	-     Be the part of SAP CRM Team as Technical specialist for Datwyler Group companies 
 •    Support in a daily operations for SAP CRM module on technical domain & collaborate with cross functional experts within Datwyler Group companies
 •    Involvement in project related discussion to identify technical requirement, perform technical analysis & implement the changes
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
	-     Acts as the technical expert for SAP CRM/C4C domain for Cloud for Sales module. 
 •    Actively participate in business requirement discussion and make analysis on custom requirement using application cloud studio kit
 •    Troubleshoot, identify and resolve problems that occur in SAP CRM/C4C Module (Cloud for Sales)
 •    Provide technical designs on gathered requirements from functional expert/key users/end users that does not fit to standard capabilities
 •    Works on Service Now on daily basis to monitor and provide solution on incidents raised by end users or colleagues
 •    Provide problem resolution for SAP CRM/C4C support issues to internal business partners and maintain support logs and technical documentation
 •    Involved in the lifecycle of SAP CRM/C4C projects from design through go-live, having exposure on Cloud for Service/Marketing is plus
 •    Provide solid, error free and efficient technical solutions with the minimum of lead & management supervision
 •    Working knowledge of the SAP CPI/SAP SD for the integrated business processes with SAP CRM/C4C module at least to the basic level
 •    Provide support on SAP C4C Accounts/Quotes PDF output development using Adobe Life Cycle design tool
 •    Monitor/troubleshoot the SAP C4C web message monitoring /SAP CPI monitoring/SAP ERP&S4 Idoc monitoring
 •    Provide support to the SAP CRM/C4C interface with SAP & third party application
 •    Assist with SAP C4C’s enhanced features upon every quarterly upgrades and adjust the system.
 •    Provide support on SAP C4C merge & change project execution after release upgrades
 •    Perform technical expertise from development, unit testing to implementation of all custom requirements and keep the technical documentation up to date
 •    Provide effective and timely oral and written communications to management, peers and users.
 •    Identification and escalation of issues and risks to management in a timely manner
SKILLS, TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND BEHAVIOURS
 
	-     Minimum 2-3 years’ working experience in SAP CRM/C4C cloud for sales module as technical expert
 •    Minimum 1 life cycle SAP CRM project implementations with basic understanding of business processes is preferred
 •    Good understanding of SAP Cloud Applications Studio to carry out custom development on SAP C4C application
 •    Highly skilled in ABSL, UI Script, UI designer, C4C Web Services (SOAP) ODATA API in Cloud Applications Studio (SDK) to develop and deploy C4C solutions
 •    Excellent understanding of Business flow & expertise in requirement gathering from business department.
 •    Strong debugging and problem solving skills in SAP C4C. Experience in Mashup, Approval Process, Data Source and reports, Custom Form development, External Web service Integration
 •    Experience in developing custom objects and PDI in C4C is a must
 •    Familiar with Integration between C4C and SAP ERP on premise/S4 Hana/Third party application using CPI
 •    Good understanding of Adobe Life Cycle Designer tool
 •    Certification in SAP C4C Technical or Cloud Application Studio is a plus
 •    Self-starter, Good team player, Good Communication and Analytical skill
 •    Fluent in spoken and written English
 •    Proactive attitude and capability to work with a minimum guidance
 •    Capability to work in a multi-cultural environment
 •    Builds relationships and communicates effectively in order to positively influence peers and other stakeholders
