Qualifications and Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- 6-10 years of working experience as an Automation and Manual QA.
- Good knowledge in API testing.
- 4 years of experience in Selenium using Python
- Good Hands on experience in pytest framework or any other python framework.
- Hands on experience in any IDE like Pycharm
- Comfortable in page object model, XPATH, exception handling, allure reports
- Good knowledge in OOPS concepts,
- Good debugging skills to analyse the failure cause
- Good hands on experience in automation of web applications
- Experience of Git, Jira or similar version control and Test management tools is required.
- Experience in working with agile teams.
- Process oriented and adaptable to new processes for better output.
- Working knowledge of defect management process.
- Strong competency in requirement analysis, prioritizing tasks & identify risks.
- Strong QA analytical skills and experience of web application validation.
- Basic knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL)
- Organized and able to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be flexible to work with global distributed teams in offshore to accommodate work schedule and hours to attend key project meetings.
- Ability to travel as necessary to meet project deadlines.
- Excellent personal skills. Communicates effectively builds relationships and influence others.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Writing End-to-end tests for our application using Testuff.
- Execution of test suites in alignment with the release plan.
- Defect logging of the issues found through automation scripts in bug tracking tool
- Developing Test Scripts in Selenium framework using python
- Participate in all sprint activities like daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint retrospective
- Update Test Management tool as per the set guidelines.
- Thorough analysis of Manual test cases, come up with scenarios, and develop scripts.
- Responsible for the preparation of test environments and test data.
- Responsible to achieve sprint goals and strive towards meeting milestones.
- Provide regular communication of project status and issues requiring escalation.
- Collaborating with other teams for requirement discussion and implementation wherever required.
- Understanding the product flow and business requirement for better implementation of test scripts.
- Understanding the validation points and ensuring maximum test coverage.
- Participate in product spec reviews, code reviews, design, Defect triage, scheduling, and other product development process
- Participate in improvements to the team's test tools and test infrastructure.
