Purpose of Role"_

Responsible for the penetration and reach of Distribution of Products through TA / SA / AO by driving the Agency Sales strategy and ensuring all sales target are met with at a Branch Level thereby resulting and contributing into the overall objective of building a productive sales organization

Job Objective :

channel is completely depend upon the KLI total customer base, from which they get              leads and RMs to upsell or cross-sell insurance policies through service/many campaigns.

Responsibility

• Expand relationship with customer
• Work under company guidelines
• Maintain of records of sales and activities
• Meet target and goal sheet requirements
• Update on company products company services
• Utilization of sales tools
• Participate in meetings
• Engagement/worksheet activities
• Seek referrals
• Service orientation
• To work on all leads
• Offer need based solutions
• Knowledge on all competitor products and services 

Support:

1) Act as the overall in-charge for the Branch and ensure it's smooth functioning within the policy, procedures and guidelines of the company.

2) Support all functions within the branch such as Administration, Human Capital, Operations, Finance, Channel Development, Learning & Development

Job Specification:

1. Graduates/post-graduates with minimum 2-10 years of experience in dealing with life Insurance     sales in Direct Channel

2. Should be ready to travel extensively

3. Should possess excellent Networking Skills and Communication skills

* Candidate should be target Oriented.

*Graduate with good communication skills in English.

Salary : -Maximum 10lakhs + incentive
