Application development Manager Business Analyst RFP

Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders.
Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders
Work with the Technical Analyst / Architect, development team, tester/QA to ensure that they understand the specifications.
Ability to solve problems defined in the business cases, ability to apply methodologies to prepare detailed specifications using case statements and related documentation (BRD/FRD/SRS/Response to RFP/RFQ)
Analytical mindset and experience of Web and mobile software application development.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Attention to detail. Understanding of Functional and Non Functional requirements.
Working knowledge of Agile Methodologies and frameworks.
