Understand the business requirements and identified gaps in different processes and implemented process improvement initiatives across the business improvement model.

Get Involved in special projects and provide ad hoc / special analysis as required (e.g Domain/area analysis, get in depth understanding of problem statements in specific domain).

Should have worked and used tools like JIRA/ RALLY or Trello.

Should have good analytical skills.

Exposure towards technologies like BI, Big Data would be an advantage.

Should be skilled with Business Analysis, RADD and JAD sessions.

High level of expertise in communication and presentation skills, should hold strong experience in customer facing projects.

Lead a team of Jr. BAs, developers.

Should be good in requirement analysis and gathering.

Documentations skills like BRD and Functional requirement document, wireframing, UML.

Should have handled at least one project in eCommerce/Retail domain as a Business Analyst or Domain Specialist. QUALIFICATION: BE IT with 3 years of Exp as BA ||| BCA + MBA in CS/IT/DWBI from reputed B school ||| MCA with 3 years of Exp as BA with exceptional communication skills
