Needs to handle product bugs and small enhancement requests and/or small product customization. Able to take a bug description, work through possible areas to investigate, confirm/clarify the issue, recreate it and describe to a developer the issue. Work with development to test/sign-off fix for bugs and regression test around the area.

For small enhancements it would be similar, but also include working with UK customer support/product to agree on what we are going to do.
