JOB DETAIL

  • The person will work very closely with the business development team to achieve the goals/targets set.
  • The role requires to demonstrate passion and leadership in developing new business and strategic longterm and highvalue engagements.
  • A consultative approach to winning over customers/prospects confidence-trust and building large engagement opportunities will be an important driver.
  • The candidate will play a demand/lead generator role, responsible for acquiring new clients for Techspawn Solutions Technologies by helping the front-end sales team to schedule appointments either in the form of a telephonic discussion or face to face meeting.
  • The candidate will be responsible for working with the sales team to create qualifying leads and high-value opportunities.
  • Identify prospective clients and build a strong sales pipeline via cold calling, one to one email communications, LinkedIn, referrals and other inside sales methods.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and execution of all business development activities, marketing in the given area.
  • Understand the business requirements, upcoming projects and proactively scout for new projects with new clients.
  • Communicate status on a daily, weekly and monthly basis via emails in accordance with the strategic plan and goal as developed by the Sales Team.
  • Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies for achieving business targets. Should have good selling attitude, result oriented & able to work independently.
  • Market Research/ Contact Discovery through Professional networking and other professional websites.

Must have:

  • Should be aware of technologies/IT Background.
  • Should speak Excellent English.
  • Proven inside sales/ appointment generation experience.
  • Decisive personalized email writing skills for lead generation.
  • Conversational and written communications skills.
