Key Responsibilities:
Defining a business account growth strategy in conjunction with the account director based in UK and team; focusing on growing the consulting business contribution to the overall accountUnderstanding the client pipeline, solution gaps etc and developing the competency, CoE, deriving the workforce solution effectively positioning differentiated services and solutions within the accountCreating unique propositions, positioning and creating a differentiator amongst key stakeholders in clientMaintaining strong leadership with the stakeholders and consulting teams within the account.
