Job Role
- Collaborate with RCM operations, vendors and clients to identify opportunities for cash upside, cash acceleration, and cash loss
- Collaborate with the technology teams to build dashboards and automate reports
- Use sophisticated statistical techniques to estimate and predict cash, front end induced errors
- Enable actionable intelligence from the analysis for various teams to improve outcomes
- Design modules for advanced score development and analytical tools.
- Train MIS team members to enable them to generate reports
- Ensure reports generated by MIS team are in the context of running RCM operations and care
- Enhance RCM reports with clinical information to enable customers improve their practice
operations
- Train line and operating personnel in experimental design principles, data management, and
model usage and problem detection
- Use applications like SAS, Advance excel, SQL, R, Hadoop, Hive
