JOB DETAIL

You ll be an integral part of shaping Mindickle s growth journey, working closely with the CEO, the Chief of staff, and the rest of the core leadership team (CXOs). You will drive business performance results, and cross-functional execution of strategic, high-impact projects. Your key responsibilities would include:

 

Business Performance Management

Manage the overall delivery of business goals - across ARR, Revenue, burn, and SaaS metrics.

Track the core business operations-related metrics and KPIs for each function - on a Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly basis with central Ops teams.

Work closely with functional leaders (COXs) to identify course correction initiatives and projects on an as-needed basis.

Manage the OKR Process for all functions - from defining, aligning, and tracking OKRs around the year.

Lead the CEOs office-driven projects and events in each quarter.

Provide business insights and customer and market trends for Board and Investor Meetings.

 

Program Management

Take end-to-end ownership of executing high-priority Projects that are typically beyond business as usual. These would be defined from time to time, in consultation with the Chief of Staff and the CEO.

Define and track cross-functional workflows, systems processes and work closely with functional leaders (CXOs) and cross-functional teams.

Create detailed project plans, define success criteria and metrics and track progress to ensure timely delivery and success of key projects.

Pre-empt dependencies and proactively solve them.

Drive, influence, and debottleneck functional leaders and teams for robust execution.

Help functional leaders identify and bridge gaps between planning and execution.

Establish robust tracking review mechanisms and dashboards to track progress and flag risks.

Job Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in consulting, operations, or program management roles with a track record of consistent, outstanding achievements.
  • Hands-on, operational experience in the TMT domain (Technology, Media Telecom) and at least one function of a SaaS business, e.g. product development, sales, demand generation, etc., would be a big plus (though not a necessity for the role).
  • Sharp Problem-Solving Skills, influencing skills, and a knack for getting things done.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ambiguous environment. You will be required to drive structure and clarity where there is little or none in place.
  • Ability to, learn quickly, take initiative, and drive complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large, cross-functional, multi-geography teams.
  • Graduates and/or post-graduate degree from a Tier-1 institution is preferred.
  • This role will report to the CEO s Chief of Staff.
