For the PUNE development center, they are looking for C/C++ DEVELOPERS on CONTRACT TO HIRE.
Job Description :
	- Must have 6-8yrs C/C++ development experience
- Must have worked in C/C++ and Windows SDK, Windows SDK platform.
- Must have worked with relational database management systems and TSQL.
- Self-motivated person, ability to handle multiple tasks work in a geographically distributed team structure.
- Worked in large cross cultural organization.
Preferred / Additional advantage:
	- Having experience working in Agile methodology
- Work experience in Product organization
- Work experience in Securities or Capital Market domain
- Willingness of long-term association with Product
Technical :
	- Good and in-depth knowledge and experience in OOPs and design patterns and REST
- Windows SDK and Windows SDK platform programming.
- Experience to Socket programming, ODBC and multithreading in C/C++.
- Experience in System Services in C/C++ and implementing Standard Template Library.
- Should have some knowledge about Message queues, FTP, Web sockets and web services
- Experience in C#.net programming preferred, NuGet packages and Vcpkg.
- Must have knowledge of standard and boost libraries.
- Have knowledge about version control systems mostly Azure DevOps (TFS) and SubVersion
- Good and hands on knowledge on SQL server 2008 and above.
- Must be aware of real time programming and multi-threading with awareness about System services and application programming interfaces.
- Experience working with large legacy code and able to interpret the logic in the old code.
- Experience in having worked with multiple modules integration.
Management / Soft skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
Self-going and should take the ownership of assigned tasks
Work with Tech lead and Business Analysts to clearly define and understand business requirements, development estimation and work plans
Excellent customer service and communication skills as well as the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
