JOB DETAIL

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Seek, process and execute client requests and product orders
  • Answer queries regarding product services, processes and if required direct them to the business development executive manager
  • Assist clients to use the services and keep them updated about the progress of the same.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of services
  • Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction, service usage
  • Weekly updates for outstanding payments
  • Collect feedback and resolve client complaints
