Role specific skillsets:

• Review of secretarial documents viz board meeting documents, Shareholders’ meeting documents

• Primarily responsible for compliance of secretarial matters on time

• Tracking and monitoring statutory deadlines of secretarial matters

• Client Engagement

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,

• Qualified CS

• Preferably with LLB
