We're hiring a Content Manager who will be the content protagonist at Zymr and become a pivotal figure in fueling our marketing efforts to the next level. You would focus on conceptualizing and translating technical concepts into customer-facing narratives. You will need to identify the blind spots on our customer journey and create stories that promote our digital solutions to global enterprises and Independent Software Vendors. You will deliver end-to-end marketing collaterals to boost demand generation activities and enhance brand equity.
What do we expect of you?
	- Ideate and execute overall content strategy across multiple channels
 
	- Continuously optimize content with SEO guidelines
 
	- Be the editor-in-chief to other content writers ensuring content is free from grammatical errors and plagiarism
 
	- Translate multifaceted business initiatives into simple, polished, and engaging content across multiple channels, including, but not limited to: newsletters, leader briefings, presentations, digital content, text messages, and more
 
	- Develop the overall customer value proposition along with service differentiation & competitive positioning
 
	- Per the requirement, collaborate with engineering heads, sales heads, HR, and other stakeholders smoothly.
 
	- Develop and maintain a monthly editorial calendar for brand consistency and relevancy
 
	- Support various marketing campaigns with power copywriting and body content 
 
	- Bring in newer content writing standards at par with the American audience 
 
	- Inbound and outbound engagement
 
	- Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
 
	- Enhancement in brand equity Share of Voice 
 
	- Deliver the art of storytelling to strike chords with technical community and technology CXOs and product heads
 
	- Articulate the right mix of technological ingenuity and business value of Zymr's service
 
Desired Candidate Profile
	- Have 8-10 years of overall experience and be familiar with technology and IT services industry 
 
	- Should have a prior experience of working as a Content Manager in a software development company
 
	- Hold a degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field
 
	- Demonstrate a portfolio of published articles
 
	- Be familiar with Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint)
