Responsibilities
- Establish long- & short-term Talent Acquisition strategy to meet hiring demand from stakeholders
- Build a strategic workforce plan based on skills & headcount from business requirements
- Evaluate and refine multiple sourcing channels to hire the best and maintain the source mix at optimal cost.
- Direct and provide thought leadership surrounding the design, launch & delivery of all talent acquisition programs
- Establish and administer the selection process and assessment for all roles towards achieving enhanced quality of hires
- Ensure a positive candidate hiring & onboarding experience
- Establish a strong employer brand to promote in-bound talent
- Design and implement key recruitment metrics to measure and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of hiring
- Prepare, review & monitor the annual recruitment budget, and suggest effective use & optimization
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2+ years overall experience at a senior role in talent acquisition in reputed organizations
- Successful track record in achieving strategic talent acquisition goals
- Experience building collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Handled hardcore recruitment and preferably worked in an IT product company / managed corporate recruitment
Qualification
MBA / Master’s degree with Specialization in HR / management
